6. AI-Based Automated Decision-Making
The Company uses AI models to generate sports match analysis. User chat inputs are sent to AI models to generate analysis results. User inputs are not used for AI model training.
All AI analysis results are for reference only and do not constitute investment advice. Users have the right to request explanation of or object to AI-based analysis.
7. Data Destruction Procedures
When the retention period expires or the processing purpose is fulfilled, personal data is promptly destroyed. Electronic files are permanently deleted using irrecoverable methods, and paper documents are shredded or incinerated.
Upon account deletion via "Delete Account" in Settings, the account and all associated data are immediately and permanently deleted.
8. Rights of Data Subjects
- Right of access: Request access to personal data being processed.
- Right to rectification/erasure: Request correction or deletion of personal data.
- Right to restrict processing: Request suspension of personal data processing.
- Right to withdraw consent: Withdraw consent at any time.
- Right to object to automated decisions: Object to AI-based automated decision-making.
- Right to data portability: Receive personal data in a structured, commonly used format.

9. Security Measures

10. Children's Privacy
The Company does not collect personal data from children under 14 years of age. If such collection is identified, the data will be immediately deleted. Eligibility to register is 19 or older under Terms §3.

13. Changes to This Policy
