Terms of Use

1. Purpose

These Terms govern the use of the SporTic365 service ("Service") operated by Fyqro Inc. ("Company"), including conditions, procedures, and rights and obligations between the Company and users. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

• AI-powered sports match analysis and prediction information
• Real-time match data and statistics
• AI chat-based analysis consultation
• Community features (posts, comments)

3. Registration and Eligibility

Users aged 19 or older may register via social login (Google, Apple, Kakao). Members must provide accurate information and must not impersonate others.

The Company may refuse registration or restrict use in cases of: false information, identity theft, or prior restriction history.

5. Intellectual Property

Copyright and intellectual property rights in all Service content (AI analysis, data, design, software) belong to the Company. The Company grants users a limited license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

6. Data Usage and Anti-Scraping

Scraping, reproducing, redistributing Service data and content, or using it for AI model training without the Company's written consent is strictly prohibited.

Systematic data collection through automated means such as robots and crawlers is expressly prohibited.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid services are offered via credit purchases or monthly/annual subscriptions. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before renewal.

The service period is 1 month for monthly subscriptions and 12 months for annual subscriptions. Purchased credit packs are credited immediately and may be used for up to 12 months from purchase or until depleted.

Refunds are processed in accordance with the E-Commerce Consumer Protection Act. Due to the nature of digital content, used credits and AI analysis services that have already been provided are non-refundable. Refund requests for unused credits or unprovided subscription periods are reviewed based on payment method, usage history, and applicable law.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Registering false information or impersonating others
• Promoting or engaging in illegal gambling via the Service
• Repackaging and distributing analysis results as investment advice
• Attacking, hacking, or reverse-engineering Service infrastructure
• Harassment, hate speech, or spam directed at other users

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

10. Restriction and Termination

The Company may restrict service use or suspend/delete accounts if users violate these Terms. Users may terminate their agreement at any time via "Delete Account" in Settings.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes related to Service use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.

12. Changes to Terms

Changes to Terms will be announced within the Service 7 days before the effective date. For changes unfavorable to users, 30 days' advance notice will be given. Failure to object within this period constitutes acceptance.
